$90,000 - $140,000

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. What You Will Do (when The Time Comes)
- Support the design and development of utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects.
- Review engineering reports, site data, and project requirements to develop civil and structural design solutions.
- Create and review preliminary designs for foundations, grading, roads, and erosion control.
- Partner with estimating, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate and constructible project designs.
- Collaborate with clients, Engineers of Record, and project teams throughout design and construction.
- Provide technical guidance to support successful project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 6 years of engineering and/or construction experience preferred, ideally in solar, renewable energy, power generation, or infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Knowledge of civil and structural design principles, construction drawings, and applicable codes and standards.
- Experience with foundation, grading, drainage, and site development design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; L-Pile experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR and willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
