Job Responsibilities**
- Assist with the unloading, sorting, and staging of materials and equipment on job sites.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, waste disposal, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, materials, and following instructions.
- Dig trenches, post holes, and foundations by hand or with hand tools.
- Perform basic assembly of components under supervision.
- Operate small hand and power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., drills, grinders, shovels, rakes).
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a similar physically demanding role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Commitment to safety on the job site.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
