Summary:The Senior FP&A Analyst delivers advanced financial analysis, business insights, and financial reporting support to guide strategic and operational decisions. This role leads reporting cycles, variance analysis, forecasting support, job cost oversight, audit readiness, and process improvements across corporate and operational stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reportingSupport and produce detailed variance, trend, analysis and financial summaries for management reviewPartner with corporate FP&A, Financial Operations, Segment CFO, operations, project accounting and shared services to drive performanceSupport quarterly reporting packages and provide audit supportResearch financial and accounting inquiries with clear, data-driven responsesSupport, maintain and enhance process documentation for financial and system workflowsSupport and monitor consolidated P&L performance against budget, financial walks, and highlight variances to leadership and project teams.Attend FP&A in weekly, monthly, and executive leadership meetingsMay at times travel to support periodic corporate FP&A or Segment CFO initiatives, including potential travel as neededIt is also an expectation that the Sr. FP&A Analyst will look after and operate in the best interest of PSC, protecting financial integrity and company objectivesKey Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or global equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Project Management3–6 years in FP&A or corporate finance.
