Overview:
Primo Pads is looking for a hardworking and reliable Press Operator to join our team. No prior experience is necessary—we will provide full training. The ideal candidate should be ready to learn, able to lift heavy materials, and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate RF Heat Sealing Machine: Learn to operate the Radio Frequency (RF) Heat Sealing machine to produce high-quality pet products.
- Material Handling: Lift and maneuver heavy rolls of material, weighing 50 lbs, to ensure smooth production flow.
- Quality Control: Monitor and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Learn to make adjustments to the machine as needed to maintain product quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Troubleshooting: With training, learn to identify and resolve any issues with the RF Heat Sealing machine to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
Requirements:
- No Experience Required: We provide full training on how to operate the RF Heat Sealing machine and other relevant tasks.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and handle materials weighing 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a team-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
