This is a contract, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative, located in San Antonio, TX. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and driving sales opportunities to support business growth. The role involves active collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to strategize outreach efforts, prepare proposals, and maintain comprehensive records of client interactions. The selected candidate will play an integral role in driving revenue and boosting client engagement.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies is a plus
