Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing PM Technician to support the reliability and performance of equipment and fixtures within our cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing and documenting routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and assisting with equipment installation and calibration. The Manufacturing PM Technician will help maintain an organized spare parts inventory, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with production teams to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and capable of interpreting technical instructions and documentation while ensuring compliance with all applicable industry standards and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform and document routine preventive maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs on cleanroom equipment and fixtures.
- Maintain detailed logs of all work performed.
- Review current preventive maintenance procedures to identify missing items or improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on equipment and fixtures.
- Assist with installation, set-up, and calibration of new equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Identify and procure duplicate critical equipment and/or spare parts to prevent production disruptions.
- Maintain and manage inventory of spare parts.
- Identify, support, and execute lean and continuous improvement projects on existing production lines.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize operational downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to two years of related experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing or service-related environment.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and follow procedures, drawings, and specifications.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to work with basic mathematics and understand prints and measurement tolerances.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions presented in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
This a fully in office position

Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
