About the Position
Primo Logistics LLC is hiring full-time delivery drivers to handle Amazon package routes. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, work well independently, and can keep up with a fast-moving day.
You’ll be responsible for completing a daily delivery route while maintaining safety, accuracy, and professionalism.
Daily Responsibilities
- Operate a company delivery van safely throughout your shift
- Deliver packages to residential and business locations
- Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery completion
- Stay on pace to complete your assigned route
- Keep in contact with dispatch for any issues on the road
Basic Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable with strong attendance habits
- Able to handle a physically active workday (walking, lifting, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
Pay & Schedule
- $24.50 per hour
- Bi-weekly pay
- 4-day work week
- 10-hour guaranteed shifts
- One weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday)
- Paid training provided
Job Expectations
This is an active, on-your-feet role. Drivers can expect:
- High daily stop counts
- Frequent entering/exiting the vehicle
- Delivering in various weather conditions
- Performance tracking based on safety and delivery quality
