Assistant Manager
- The Assistant Manager should be able to open and close the restaurant, purchase food and beverage inventory, open the register, track inventory, train and manage the staff, work with suppliers. Must be professional, polite, reliable and provide excellent customer service. Serv Safe Manager Certification required. Will work under the direction of the General Manager or owners rep.
