We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Member/Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
Duties
- Must be 18 years old to legally operator a slicer
- Beginning in mid July and extending through the fall, Shifts are M-Friday 10-2:30pm. If appropriate, occasional 8:30 AM opening shifts.
- Assist with daily prep to ensure inventories are available for both lunch and dinner shifts.
- Maintain a serve-safe environment for safe handling of food.
- Provide top quality customer service
- Capable to operate deli slicer and ovens during lunch time.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure product availability.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by delivering outstanding service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
Skills
- Available to learn how to operate a deli slicer.
- Proven experience in food service environment, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Proficient in cash handling practices, including experience with cash registers.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and customers.
