Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday (occasional Fridays)
- Mornings, 8-hour shift
- 32-36 hours a week
- Flexible hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide administrative support to the President.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collections.
- Handle shipping and receiving, including processing freight deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor account information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- Ensure the office remains well-stocked, clean, and organized.
- Product Coordination
- Coordinate the delivery team and plan efficient delivery routes.
- Process customer product orders accurately and promptly.
- Support the development and execution of curated coffee programs.
- Monitor and manage product inventory.
- Assist customers with product-related questions and needs.
- Service Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate the service and installation team.
- Process service and equipment installation requests.
- Manage equipment and parts inventory.
- Support the development of preventative maintenance programs.
- Assist customers with service-related inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Legally able to work in the USA
- Possess Basic Math Skills
- Analytic Skills
- Coordination and Scheduling Skills
- Able to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Possess a Valid Drivers License
- Enjoys Working and Helping People
- Reliable transportation
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Office Admin experience: 1 year (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Restaurant/Distribution Industry 1 year (Preferred)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks software (Preferred)
