Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Dental Technician for a part-time position, 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled professional looking for flexible scheduling while continuing to deliver expert-level work. You'll play a crucial role in our lab operations, bringing your CAD CAM expertise and denture repair knowledge to support our growing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage CAD CAM milling systems with precision and efficiency
- Execute high-quality repairs on removable dentures, ensuring proper fit and function
- Process denture adjustments, relines, and modifications according to specifications
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and timelines
- Quality-check all completed work before delivery
- Collaborate with lab team members and communicate with dental professionals regarding technical requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all laboratory safety protocols
- Meet production deadlines while upholding our quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience as a dental technician
- Proven expertise in CAD CAM operation and digital design systems
- Demonstrated experience with removable denture repairs and adjustments
- Strong knowledge of denture materials and fabrication techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent (dental technician certification preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and precision work habits
- Reliable transportation and ability to work consistent Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) or equivalent credential
- Experience with Dental Wings, exocad, or similar CAD CAM software
- Background in denture repairs, bases, and removable prosthetics
- Experience in a lab setting serving multiple dental clinics
- Knowledge of laboratory compliance and safety standards
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently

Work Environment

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.0 – 24.0 per week
