Role Description
The Development and Communication Associate is a full-time on-site role based in Chicago, IL. The associate will be responsible for supporting fundraising efforts, including donor database management, cultivating community partners and building visibility through storytelling. They will contribute to project management and help coordinate campaigns and initiatives aimed at promoting the Primo Center's mission. Writing content and assisting in strategic planning for development and public relations activities are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications

- Strong relationship management and database skills
- Experience in Project Management and coordination of community initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, on-site environment
- Familiarity with non-profit development and fundraising principles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
