Compensation: $30.00 / hour
Shift Differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Sign on Bonus: $1000 (incremental payouts)
Location: Saratoga Springs, NY
Shift: 5:00pm - 5:00am, Weds - Fri every other Sat
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities
- Operate forklift approximately 75% of the time to efficiently carry out shipping and receiving activities in a dynamic environment.
- Safely operate a yard truck to accurately and efficiently transport trailers from the yard to the shipping door for customer shipments
- Perform in the role of Dock Coordinator as needed
- Managing minute-to-minute shipping / receiving activities
- Utilize PC, SAP, Communication, and time management skills to prioritize and organize workload, while emphasizing forklift operation as a primary responsibility
- Drive operation results
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
- Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR): Only one license held, no DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene of an accident, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accidents, driving-related suspensions, revocations, or cancellations; disqualifying offenses; or reckless driving incidents
- Prior forklift or heavy equipment experience preferred with prior experience in manufacturing desired
- Exposure to warehouse inventory scanners and basic equipment maintenance preferred
- Ability to work self-directed — accomplish daily workload with minimal supervision
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team-based environment
- Ability to interact with various internal contacts to manage the flow of work
- Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus
- Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency
- Ability to move/handle 50lbs and get up and down a yard truck/forklift frequently throughout the day
- Able to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as needed
