Factory Location: Ontario, California
Compensation: $27.50 / hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: 5:00pm - 5:30am
Schedule may change based on business needs with advance notification.

Responsibilities
Required state audit certifications up to date
Elimination of micro / sanitation problems / issues
Ensure all lines and all processes are validated
Adherence Micro Sampling Plan and MSR
Safety KPIs - Quality KPIs
Sensory Participation
Monthly safety / quality training completion
All micro testing equipment (ex UV sterilizer, autoclave, incubators, microscope, balance, plating assembly)
All QC testing equipment - Infinity
Access, Word and Excel - Micro-web Team rooms
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
Prior Experience In Clean Manufacturing Preferred
Ability to work the scheduled shift which includes start-up and handover meetings
Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience
Ability to work on your own and with a team
Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio
Good organizational, decision making and troubleshooting skills
Microbiological methodology and knowledge
Exceptional micro data analysis skills
Ability to determine corrective actions based on micro data analysis
Understanding the microbiological testing analysis.
Microbiological methodology and knowledge
Understanding of GLP / Lab Safety; Standard Methods; and basic manufacturing processes
Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
