What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator, Part Time, Day Shift position at Primo #1 in Produce, Inc.?
Primo Number One in Produce, Inc. has an immediate part-time opening on day shift for an experienced 30-foot-high reach Forklift Operator.
As a Forklift Operator (stand up high reach), core skills in forklift operation, OSHA safety and warehouse experience will be vital while navigating our warehouse environment to ensure optimal inventory handling.
Schedule: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Sundays Only. Holidays and additional hours may be required per business needs.
Only candidates who meet the following requirements will be considered:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience using a Crown stand-up, 30 ft high reach forklift
- 1 year of experience with hands-on, high volume, detailed pallet building
- Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience using electric, stand up, ride on pallet jacks is a plus
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations while performing tasks.
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and order picking.
- Must have a proven record of reliability and good attendance
- Must be a team player and work well with all staff
- Must be able to read, write and communicate English
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
