What are the responsibilities and job description for the Casino Associate position at Primm Valley Resorts?
- Promote positive customer service by greeting and welcoming guests.
- Assist and proactively provide great customer service to all guests.
- Promotes positive customer relations and create an entertaining casino environment.
- Deals casino games such as Blackjack, 3 Card Poker, Roulette, & War.
- Determines the winning and losing hands.
- Pays winning hands with chips/tokens and places losing wager in the bank or drop box.
- Assists new player on how to play the game.
- Sees to it that all players follow the gaming regulations.
- Maintains table bank and verifies amount in the table bank at the start and end of shift.
- Exchanges cash for chips or vice versa from players and places cash in the drop box.
- Ensures that all players are 21 years old and above.
- Checks IDs as necessary.
- Ensure safety of the casino money.
- Keeps tables and area clean at all times.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
