We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support our Richmond, Indiana manufacturing operations. This new role is on-site and will provide comprehensive HR services to a diverse workforce of regular and temporary employees, playing a key part in driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including employee relations, talent and staffing management, compliance with employment laws, and supporting talent management processes.
