Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Your primary focus will be on pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation, building and nurturing strong relationships with prospects and clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and initial success for new clients.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Experience:
3 years of experience in new business sales, account management, or a quota-carrying role

Skills:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
