What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) position at Primex Consulting LLC?
The Licensed Vocational Nurse will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing &/or Designee and will provide direct nursing services such as nursing observation, administration of medications, patient education, and counseling, assisting Physicians and family members, carrying out Physician's Orders and documentation of resident's status and conditions in the resident's medical records. Also supervises Certified Nursing Assistants and coordinates with other disciplines and Interdisciplinary team members with the goal of providing a safe and comfortable environment to the residents. Performs other related duties assigned by the D.O.N. or Nurse Supervisor.
Seacrest Post Acute Care Center has an immediate opening for the position of Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Job Type: Full-time position for NOC shift (10:30pm to 7am)
And part-time position for PM shift (2:30pmto 11pm)
