Make an impact by helping members access essential transportation services with ease and confidence.
- Respond to member inquiries on transportation and interpreter services with professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve transportation-related issues and document all interactions clearly and concisely
- Maintain strong knowledge of PrimeWest Health programs, policies, and guidelines
- Identify and escalate grievances or appeals following proper procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
- Support high-quality service by participating in trainings and team meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Professional Competencies
- Knowledge of Medical Assistance, Medicare, and privacy regulations related to member communication
Education & Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (call center experience a plus)
- Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
- Effective communication and ability to work with diverse teams
- Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
