Sales Associate

Company Overview

PrimeWave Marketing is a growing customer acquisition company representing nationally recognized home security and smart home service providers. We are currently hiring motivated individuals for an entry-level Sales Associate position based in the Miami area.

This is a face-to-face customer acquisition role where team members interact directly with customers to explain available products and services, answer questions, and assist with new customer enrollments.

Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers in residential neighborhoods, business to business, and other face-to-face environments to promote home security and smart home products and services.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training focused on communication, product knowledge, customer interaction, and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with customers face-to-face regarding home security and smart home products and services
• Explain product features, pricing, and available promotions clearly and professionally
• Assist customers through the enrollment or purchasing process
• Answer customer questions and address basic concerns
• Maintain accurate customer information and paperwork when required
• Represent the company and clients in a professional manner
• Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Weekend availability may occasionally be requested for events or campaigns
