Job Summary
Primetime Facility Services (PFS) is seeking a high-impact General Manager to lead our Cypress, TX operations. This role holds full responsibility for operational performance, financial results, and team leadership across our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service divisions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with proven experience in mechanical services within commercial and healthcare environments, including clinics and ambulatory surgery centers. This individual will oversee both field operations and administrative functions, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee all day-to-day operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines
- Lead and manage field teams, project managers, technicians, and administrative staff
- Ensure seamless coordination between office operations and field execution
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics
Financial & P&L Management
- Own full P&L responsibility for the division
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor job costing, margins, and profitability across all service lines
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost control strategies
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency
Commercial & Healthcare Facilities Oversight
- Oversee service, maintenance, and projects within:
- Commercial facilities
- Medical clinics
- Ambulatory surgery centers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Maintain operational integrity of critical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Support capital improvement and preventative maintenance initiatives
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Build a culture of accountability, safety, and service excellence
- Establish clear expectations and drive team performance outcomes
Client & Vendor Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and healthcare clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance and contracts
- Act as a key point of contact for client escalations and strategic accounts
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and healthcare regulations
- Enforce and maintain job site safety protocols
- Oversee risk management and incident reporting procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of leadership experience in operations or general management within mechanical services
- Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Experience in commercial and/or healthcare facility environments
- Proven success managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance
- Demonstrated ability to lead both field and administrative teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience)
