Job Responsibilities

Create a positive and inclusive environment for members checking in or seeking service at the front desk.

Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.

Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership

Be knowledgeable of membership services and gym equipment to effectively inform members and answer any questions.

Continuously sell membership services as part of their regular sales presentation

Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).

Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility
