Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM- Limited nights/ weekends
About Us
Primetime Energy Services is a growing, family-owned company dedicated to helping homeowners and tenants access energy-saving programs while providing exceptional customer service. We're looking for an outgoing, organized individual who enjoys working with people both in the office and out in the community.
Job Summary
This is a diverse position that combines customer service, office administration, community outreach, and marketing. No two days are the same. You'll help residents understand available programs, assist with applications, represent our company at community events, and help create engaging social media content.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally.
- Help homeowners and tenants complete applications for available grant programs.
- Attend community events and outreach opportunities to educate residents about available services.
- Visit neighborhoods distributing informational materials and speaking with residents.
- Perform general office and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Record jobsite videos, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Facebook.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase community awareness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and tenants.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email).
- Comfortable using a smartphone to record videos and social media content.
- Ability to walk neighborhoods during outreach activities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
