Perform eng’g, specificatn, design, testing & commissioning of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Distributed Control Systems (DCSs), Data Acquisition (SCADA), & Human Machine Interface (HMI) based automation control sys’s that integrate hardw & softw for lrg industrial project apps, specifically in metals industry & power sys’s. Must have Bachelor or equiv in Mechatronics Eng’g, Electrical Eng’g, or rel field & 5 yrs relevant exp. Must have: SIMATIC TIA; TIA Program Structure; Network designs TCP/IP, Profinet, Profibus; IbaPDA (iba Process Data Acquisition); Human Machine Interface proficient SIMATIC WinCC; S7/TIA Program Structure; Furnace Design & Control. Employer will accept any amt of exp w/req’d skills. Travel req’d approx 60% to various client sites thruout US. Internat’l travel possible.
