Home Health LPN/LVN

PrimeSTAR Home Health is seeking a Home Health Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team of one of the fastest-growing Home Health's in Northwest Louisiana. This position will cover Arcadia and surrounding areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• patient teachings
• medication administration
• wound care / dressing changes / wound vacs
• post-surgical care
• skilled nursing care / direct patient care
• patient follow-up
• Additional duties as assigned

Required experience:

• We are seeking nurses whose license is active and in good standing with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing
• Excellent clinical nursing skills and a background in ICU, ER, med/surg, or related skilled nursing care
• Experience with Home Health nursing a plus
• Willingness & ability to drive throughout our territory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
