Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruiter to support a growing portfolio of manufacturing, industrial, engineering, supply chain, and skilled trades clients. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing and qualifying talent, and maintaining a high level of candidate and client engagement across multiple openings simultaneously.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a sense of urgency when identifying and placing top talent. Strong preference given to those in Iowa or surrounding states.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of direct-hire and contract positions across manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, maintenance, and skilled trades.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and recruiting databases.
• Conduct phone screens and in-depth candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients with detailed candidate summaries.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, manage offers, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for future opportunities.
• Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, timelines, and market conditions.
• Consistently meet recruiting activity, interview, submission, and placement goals.

Essential Qualifications

• 2 years of recruiting experience preferably within an agency or high volume staffing environment.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, engineering, maintenance, or skilled trades positions strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
