Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hard-working Pallet Unloader to safely unload wood pallets from shipping containers in an outdoor work environment. This role involves physical labor, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesUnload wood pallets and related materials from shipping containers.Stack, organize, and stage pallets in designated outdoor storage areas.Inspect pallets for damage and report any issues to supervisors.Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work effectively with team members to meet daily unloading targets.Operate within company guidelines and complete tasks with minimal supervision.Working ConditionsOutdoor environment with exposure to heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions.Physical role requiring frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.May involve handling heavy materials ( 50–75 lbs).QualificationsAbility to perform physically demanding work.Previous experience unloading containers or handling wood pallets is a plus but not required.Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Company DescriptionWe specialize in hiring in all areas of warehouse, manufacturing, production, light industrial, clerical, accounting, customer service and any skill trade positions including management.
