Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Certified Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating both sit-down and stand-up reach forklifts and demonstrate experience with RF scanning systems. In addition, the candidate must be able to pass E-Verify and successfully complete a background check. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a positive work ethic.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate sit-down, stand up reach and Pacer in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Load, unload, and move materials and products throughout the facility.Utilize RF scanners to track and locate inventory accurately.Perform routine inspections of equipment and perform minor maintenance as needed.Ensure that all products are handled in compliance with company safety and quality standards.Maintain an organized and clean workspace to reduce hazards and increase efficiency.Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required protective gear and following warehouse rules.Assist in organizing stock and ensuring proper placement of products.Perform inventory counts and update records as needed.Work effectively with team members and other departments to achieve operational goals.Participate in training programs and stay up to date on forklift operation standards and safety practices.Requirements:Certification as a Forklift Operator is required.Proven experience in operating sit-down and stand-up reach forklifts.Strong RF scanning experience and proficiency in using RF systems to track inventory.Ability to pass E-Verify and undergo a background check.Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and safety protocols.Company DescriptionWe specialize in hiring in all areas of warehouse, manufacturing, production, light industrial, clerical, accounting, customer service and any skill trade positions including management.
