Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Pega applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define and enforce best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega developers and system architects.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
- Integrate Pega with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other protocols.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Pega applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA).
- 8 years of experience in Pega PRPC, with at least 2 years as an LSA.
- Strong understanding of Pega case management, decisioning, and data modeling.
- Experience with Pega integrations (SOAP/REST services, connectors, etc.).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
