No C2C only on W2...Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications- Conduct analysis of business requirements and processes for data centric projects- Responsible for gathering and writing data requirements.- Translate business requirements into data mapping specifications- Develop a thorough understanding of the data definitions, domain values, data relationships, business rules, sources, and data integration used in the business domain- Troubleshoot data issues and work with data providers for resolution- Work with Data Engineers who will implement technical solutions to meet business requirements- Support developers with data subject expertise- Support phases of project development, from analysis and design to testing and implementation- Ensure that technology solutions meet the defined requirements.- Understanding of data quality and data governance- Provide ongoing support and training to business users on the new or revised systems.Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling- Strong SQL query skills- Experience with SDLC- Strong analytical, profiling and troubleshooting skills- Strong knowledge with Big Data/Hadoop platform- Strong business analysis and requirements definition skills- Strong stakeholder presentation skills- Solid organization and planning skills- At least 7 years' financial industry technology experience and knowledge of financial services data- Good verbal and written communication skillsDesired Skills (Not required):- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)- Experience with Agile project delivery- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python)
Salary : $93,400 - $117,900
