PrimeSites is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated LIHTC Compliance Associate to join our team in Lincoln! This role is essential in keeping our affordable housing communities in full compliance with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and related regulations.
What You'll Do:
- Process move-in files, annual recertifications, and interim certifications in compliance with LIHTC requirements
- Review and maintain resident files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness
- Collaborate with property managers to resolve compliance issues and meet deadlines
- Assist in preparing for audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting
- Stay up to date on LIHTC rules and industry changes
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with LIHTC, HUD, or other affordable housing programs required
- Previous property management experience strongly preferred
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Familiarity with AppFolio property management software is a bonus
- LIHTC-related certifications (HCCP, COS) preferred, or willingness to obtain
