Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Services Representative (Licensed or Unlicensed). The representative will help clients understand their financial needs, explain available products, and provide tailored recommendations aligned with company guidelines. Daily activities include conducting client consultations, presenting financial strategies, and supporting clients with term life insurance, investments, and other financial solutions. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, handling inquiries, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive client experience. Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge or strong interest in Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to learn company products and solutions.
- Understanding of Investments and related products, or willingness to obtain training and relevant licenses as required.
- Experience or aptitude in Customer Service, including clear communication, active listening, and building trust with clients.
- Familiarity with Insurance concepts, preferably including term life insurance, or a desire to gain licensing and expertise.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Comfort working in a remote environment, using digital tools to meet with clients and manage tasks.
- Licensing in relevant financial or insurance fields is an asset; unlicensed candidates must be willing to pursue required credentials.
