Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$100,000 Base Salary
- Uncapped Commission Structure (OTE $120,000 – $160,000 )

- Grow and manage builder relationships within the Phoenix territory
- Identify new community opportunities and secure competitive bids
- Partner with estimating to develop accurate, strategic proposals
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms
- Expand wallet share within existing builder accounts
- Drive new builder acquisition
- Maintain an active pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with production and multifamily builders.
- Experience selling into production or multifamily homebuilders
- Existing relationships with production or multifamily homebuilders in the Phoenix market required
- Proven ability to win new business and expand existing accounts
- Hunter mentality with strong relationship management capability
- Ability to operate independently and drive results without direct supervision
- Experience managing multiple builder accounts within a geographic territory
