It's an unusual and much-appreciated benefit for our team members. Commission for assemblers can be 10-15% of base wage, adding the potential of several dollars an hour extra to your pay. Our factory is located on Cheshire Lane in Plymouth, MN near 394/494. We run a 10 hour shift, Monday to Thursday, from 5am - 3:30pm. If you are interested in this position, please apply today.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components on the assembly line according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Capable of working independently or with others.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Drug screen and background check is required.
- A basic math test will be administered at the initial interview.
