Wireless Associate (Entry Level)

Primer Concepts is looking for an Entry Level Wireless Associate to market Verizon 5G services throughout Riverside, CA and surrounding communities. The Entry Level Wireless Associate role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, fast-paced environments, and building practical experience in customer engagement and sales development.

As an Entry Level Wireless Associate, you will engage face-to-face with customers to explain Verizon 5G service options, assist with account setup, and deliver personalized support throughout the customer experience. This role combines field interaction, problem-solving, and consistent customer engagement while supporting expansion across local markets.

Entry Level Wireless Associate Key Responsibilities

• Face-to-face engagement with potential customers to market Verizon 5G-services.
• Explain wireless products, promotions, and account options through clear and customer-focused communication
• Conduct in-person demonstrations and consultations to guarantee proper customer and product alignment.
• Assist with account setup, service updates, and onboarding processes.
• Generate new customer opportunities through territory outreach and relationship-driven sales interactions
• Maintain follow-up communication with customers to strengthen retention and improve long-term sales consistency

Entry Level Wireless Associate Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in customer-facing environments that require adaptability and active engagement
• Interest in wireless services, customer support, and consultative sales solutions
• Self-motivated with the ability to maintain consistent sales activity
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to support sales priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn structured sales processes

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
