Location: Harrisburg, PA (Multiple Coverage Areas Available)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Pay-Per-Visit $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Mileage Reimbursement

What You'll Do
As a Home Health RN, you will:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and home care.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Promote patient independence while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
QualificationsRequired
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional RN experience
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification or ACLS certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Willingness to travel within the assigned service area
Preferred
- Previous Home Health nursing experience
- Strong assessment and patient education skills
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rotating weekend on-call approximately every 4–8 weeks
- Flexible scheduling with minimal weekend requirements
Pay: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour
