What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Targeting Potential Clients: Use your networking skills, targeted prospecting and keen research abilities to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Networking like a Pro: Confidently attend networking events, initiate conversations and build lasting relationships with potential clients and professional referral sources.
  • Showcasing Primepoint Solutions: Present and demonstrate the standout features and benefits of our Payroll and HRMS solutions to impress prospective clients.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers, including executives and HR professionals.
  • Strategizing with Primepoint internal resources: Collaborate with the Primepoint marketing team and Sales Leadership to develop and implement winning sales strategies.
  • Delivering Compelling Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales to exceed targets.
  • Supporting Clients: Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are thrilled with our solutions.
  • Staying Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.


Qualifications:

  • Driven to succeed in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations while attending networking events and industry shows
  • Ability to work effectively with executives and high-level professionals.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales and business tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Comfort and Familiarity with Philadelphia and its neighboring areas.
  • Current or previous Payroll, HRMS or related industry experience is highly desirable.
