Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Full-TimePosition Summary
PrimeMD is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing primary care team.
This full-time outpatient position involves evaluating and managing patients, developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, providing preventive care, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Obtain and document medical histories, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
- Develop and manage appropriate treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and preventive care.
- Coordinate referrals and specialist consultations when appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Appropriate national NP or PA certification.
- Clinical experience preferred; qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
