Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. Managing a portfolio of high-end and global clients, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting services, specializing in the design, execution, and optimization of sophisticated paid media strategies.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the paid media ecosystem, a proven track record of driving significant ROI for clients, and exceptional client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1/ Strategic Consulting:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into comprehensive, multi-channel paid media strategies.
- Develop bespoke paid media roadmaps, outlining tactical execution plans, budget allocations, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., SEO, content, analytics) to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and technological advancements in paid media, providing proactive insights and recommendations to clients.
2/ High-end client Relationship Management:
- Manage a portfolio of top high-end clients with an international footprint across Europe and the US markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.
- Present complex data and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to discuss performance, and identify areas for improvement.
3/ Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of complex paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, native advertising).
- Lead the development of advanced targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and bidding methodologies.
- With the support of our Data team utilize advanced analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
4/ Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Potentially mentor and guide junior experts, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and training programs related to paid media.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media is required.
- Proven experience working with scale up and enterprise-level clients with complex organizational structures.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully managing large-scale paid media budgets and consistently exceeding client performance targets would be a huge plus
