Compensation: $225,000 – $275,000
Work Model: Hybrid
Bar Admission: Active California Bar required

This is a law firm senior attorney role focused on employer-side employment litigation and counseling.
Candidates Must
Be a licensed attorney (JD required)
Have 8 years of employment law experience
Have experience defending FEHA, Title VII, wage and hour, and PAGA claims
Have Experience Managing Cases Independently
This role is not suitable for:
Plaintiff-side employment attorneys
Junior attorneys without case ownership
Candidates without business development interest

We are working with a law firm seeking a Senior Employment Law Attorney to lead employment litigation matters and advise clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and workforce strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle employment litigation from inception through resolution
Defend FEHA, Title VII, wage and hour, and PAGA matters
Advise clients on compliance and HR strategy
Supervise associates and contribute to practice growth
What We’re Looking For
8 years of employment litigation experience
Strong defense-side background
Experience with class actions and PAGA claims
Business development mindset or partial book preferred
