This role focuses on 4 years lender-side commercial real estate finance; independently running deals; complex commercial real estate lending from inception to closing; loan document drafting/negotiation; $100M construction and mezzanine loans; client-facing work for sophisticated private lenders; industrial complexes and data center deals.

Commercial Real Estate Financing (Transactional) Attorney

Location: New York, NY / Remote, USA

Compensation: $140K-$500K

Experience: 4-15 Years

Work Model: Hybrid/Remote

This role focuses on 4 years borrower-side commercial real estate transactional law; autonomous deal management from start to finish; acquisitions, dispositions, purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, development deals, financing transactions; PSAs, JV agreements, loan documents, and related transactional documentation; private investors, developers, and REIT clients.

Junior Real Estate Associate

Location: Washington, D.C.

Compensation: $225K-$260K base

Experience: 1-3 Years

Work Model: Hybrid

This role focuses on 1-3 years post-bar real estate transactions or real estate finance; institutional-scale deals; drafting PSAs, loan documents, mortgages, JV agreements; diligence, checklists, closings, client/opposing counsel calls.

Mid-Level Real Estate Associate

Location: New York / Washington, D.C. / Chicago / Los Angeles / San Francisco / Atlanta

Compensation: $295K-$370K base

Experience: 4-6 Years
