Compensation: $235,000 – $310,000

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Bar Admission: Active NY or IL Bar required

Candidates Must

Be a licensed attorney (JD required)

Have 3–5 Years Of Real Estate Finance Experience

Have experience with lending and financing transactions

This Role Is Not Suitable For

General real estate attorneys without finance experience

Litigators

Candidates without transactional experience

We are working with a law firm seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to handle lending transactions and commercial real estate finance work with institutional clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Draft and negotiate loan and financing documents

Work on commercial real estate lending transactions

Manage deal processes and closings

Collaborate with lenders and borrowers

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of real estate finance experience

Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Experience At a Law Firm (AmLaw Preferred)

Strong academic background
