Full-Time | Fully Remote (California-Based Required) | $175K–$230K

What You'll Do
Fully remote; must be California-based. The practice covers workers' compensation, employment law, general liability, and DWC/OSIP audit consulting. Strong mentorship culture with a focus on proactive case management.

What You'll Do
- Manage and litigate PAGA claims and wage and hour class actions from inception through resolution or trial
- Develop and execute litigation strategies that balance risk, settlement value, and litigation cost
- Oversee discovery, depose key witnesses, and prepare for hearings and trial
- Advise employer clients on California labor law compliance, wage and hour audits, classification issues, and meal/rest break obligations
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff; review motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Contribute to business development — client presentations, compliance training, industry networking
- 8 years of employment law defense experience with significant PAGA, class action, and wage/hour work (required)
- Well-established, exclusive employment litigation defense background — not general civil litigation
- Active California State Bar membership in good standing
- Trial experience preferred; public entity defense experience a plus
