Compensation: $260,000 – $390,000
Work Model: Hybrid (Monday–Thursday in office)
Bar Admission: Active California Bar required (or ability to obtain)

This is a law firm associate attorney role focused on capital markets transactions, including IPOs, public offerings, and complex securities work.
Candidates Must
Be a licensed attorney (JD required)
Have 3–6 years of capital markets experience at a top law firm
Have Experience Leading Transactions (not Just Supporting)
This role is not suitable for:
General corporate attorneys without capital markets experience
Candidates without securities or SEC exposure
Associates who have only supported deals

What You’ll Be Doing

Advise on complex securities matters

3–6 years of capital markets experience
Experience with IPOs and public offerings
Strong drafting and transaction management skills
Ability to run deals independently
