This is a law firm partner role focused on building and growing an intellectual property practice.
Candidates Must
Be a licensed attorney (JD required)
Have 8 years of IP experience as a partner or senior counsel
Have a portable book of business (typically $750K )
Have Experience In Patent Prosecution, Patent Litigation, Or Both
This role is not suitable for:
Senior associates without portable business
IP attorneys without client ownership
Candidates seeking a traditional salary/draw model
