Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time, on-site Customer Service Agent role located in Atlantic City, NJ. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for assisting passengers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and addressing concerns promptly. Daily tasks include handling customer requests, resolving issues, and collaborating with team members to create a positive customer experience within the airport environment.
