Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Laborer to support industrial and facility operations. This is a hands-on, physically active position that involves general plant clean-up, material removal, basic maintenance support, and assisting with daily site operations.

The Laborer will work as part of a team in an industrial environment where following safety procedures, completing assigned tasks efficiently, and maintaining a clean and safe work area are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general plant clean-up, including removing trash, debris, and waste generated from maintenance and repair activities.
• Sweep, shovel, and power wash floors, equipment areas, buildings, and other workspaces.
• Clean and maintain safe access to confined-space entry points for inspections and maintenance activities.
• Assist with painting, surface preparation, and general touch-up work as needed.
• Remove dust and debris from machinery, structural components, and work areas.
• Safely operate basic hand tools and equipment in accordance with site procedures.
• Follow all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other team members and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
