We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Phlebotomist to join our team and contribute to the care of a diverse range of clients.
Position Overview:
As a Phlebotomist, you will play a crucial role in drawing blood and processing specimens in our high-volume, fast-paced office. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by working with clients from various backgrounds and helping them through essential diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform blood draws and accurately process specimens
- Update and maintain patient charts with lab results and medical information
- Contact patients to communicate lab results
- Work effectively in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- Provide excellent care while interacting with clients of various socioeconomic backgrounds
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of phlebotomy experience (preferred)
- Ability to perform hard sticks with confidence
- Experience in processing lab specimens (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure setting
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
