CNC Machinist
Location: Knoxville, TN

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong Wire EDM machining, setup, and programming skills. The ideal candidate should require minimal training and be able to quickly learn specific product requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and program CNC machines and Wire EDM equipment.
- Edit G-code and conversational programs.
- Read blueprints and interpret GD&T specifications.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
- Maintain production records and follow quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of CNC and Wire EDM experience.
- Knowledge of Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls; Makino experience preferred.
- Familiarity with EDM software such as Esprit or Mastercam.
- Strong blueprint reading, GD&T, shop math, and trigonometry skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
